Hi guys I'm back from Raccoon City SDFHFFSF.

I didn't see any zombies :C

But I got a deformed Chicken Little plush at Six Flags |DDD~~

First of all, no, I _don't_ need tablet help at all. XD; My tablet is working perfectly. I'm just writing this journal to help a friend of mine.

(SHE'S GOT AWESOME ART WATCH HER.<33) Wants to get a tablet for herself, she has to share it with her sister, but since she got her laptop, eeerrr let's say she doesn't get as much drawing time as before anymore |D;

The thing is, she doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a tablet. Sure she wants to get a good one that will work well for her, but.. we all know money is an issue these times |DD;

From what she told me, she wants to spend NO MORE than 150 € (lulz Spanish <333)

150 € = 209.836 USD ...whoa that's a lot fffff.

I recommended her a Wacom (duh?) but... okay we all know Wacoms are VERY, VERY expensive. Especially if you apply for an Intuos or a Cintiq x_x

I DID recommend her on getting a Bamboo/Bamboo Fun tablet... but it seems that she DOES NOT want a small tablet. |D Her sister's current tablet is a Trust, and it's pretty big, so she'd prefer to get a big one as she's already used to big tablets: [link] (YES SPANISH DEAL WITH IT.)

She's applying to get a Genius tablet like this one: [link] (MOAR SPANISH.) BUT I know she can get something MUCH better than that .__.;

So, any of you guys can help me out with this? I'm not really a tablets expert >__>;; ....OH ONE MORE LITTLE THING

It turns out that my friend's dad... doesn't trust online shopping very much. |D; Because he fears the tablet could arrive broken or something... so, take that in mind, too!

i have a bamboo fun drawing tablet u can even get it in big sizes and its massive and if her dad dosent like buying from the internnet then go to pc world and theyll happyly show your friend a hole zone of drawing tablets mine costs £67.99
and the big ones cost £178.99 sumthin like that and they come wiff ArtRage2 and PhotoShop Element 6.0 for FREE!!

I would love to help, but the problem with her living in Spain and me living in the US of FFFFfff is that I have no idea what's available locally with her.

My only advice is to remember that it is a misconception that bigger tablet = better quality art. It's not the truth at all. If she prefers quality, just brace and get the Bamboo Fun (for about €100). There is also a bigger Bamboo fun for about €200, but for the extra €50, I think it's worth it because of the bundled software (free photoshop? Hellloooo?) and the, like I said, quality of the tablet.

If she's just in it for a big size (which I really don't recommend, because when I first went tablet shopping I skipped the Wacoms for their expensiveness for a bigger, cheaper one, and the one I got broke after a couple of months), then I really don't know what to recommend. I've read somewhere that DigiPro tablets were decent, but I can't say for sure (never used em). Do your research.

I actually got my graphire for $60, from bestbuy. it's a 4x5 inch, but it's been perfect for me.

I'm not a tablet expert, but my family buys enough stuff online for me to know a thing or two about that.

Places like Amazon are really good about things not being broken in the slightest way when you get them. And, well, you'll most likely get your money back if your stuff's broken when it arrives.
My tablet's a 6x4 Adesso that's been fan-freaking-tastic ever since we got it from Amazon...even though the pen tip doesn't screw back in all the way, because I accidentally stripped the screw.
